Add your video and a character on the left, say who to replace, and press Generate. The run waits for the GPU queue to clear, and every finished video stays here.
How it works
- Add the video you want to change. Motion, camera and sound come from it.
- Add pictures of your character: front, back and face work best. They are put together into one sheet.
- Say in one sentence who in the video to replace, for example: man in the black jacket.
- Length cuts the clip from its start. 0 runs the whole clip, in passes of about 5 seconds.
- Press Generate. The run waits until the GPU is free, then you can follow it in History.
- Short clips work best: about 4 to 5 seconds. Longer clips can drift.
- Use a character sheet of one person: front, back and face.
- Clear face in every picture: no sunglasses, filters or group shots.
- Say who to replace and what they do, e.g. man in the black jacket, walking left.
- One person per video. Expressions follow the clip, not the prompt.
